Job Description Role: System Architect

n What You'll Do
n n Lead the planning, setup, and qualification of SMT production lines for OEM/ODM product programs.
n Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and customers to define manufacturing requirements and production strategies.
n Design line layouts, define throughput and manpower requirements, and support manufacturing cost estimation.
n Drive equipment selection, CapEx justification, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
n Develop and optimize SMT processes including screen printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and AOI inspection.
n Lead NPI activities, pilot builds, process validation, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
n Coordinate with supply chain, quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
n Apply DFX principles to improve manufacturability, testability, quality, and production efficiency.
n Support production ramp-up, yield improvement, and early-life issue resolution.
n Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

n n Experience in OEM or ODM electronics manufacturing environments
n Strong expertise in SMT assembly processes (Screen Printing,



Pick-and-Place, Reflow, AOI)
n PCB manufacturing and assembly process knowledge
n New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Industrialization
n Production Line Setup, Commissioning, and Capacity Planning
n DFX (Design for Manufacturability and Testability)
n Process Development, Validation, and Yield Improvement
n Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
n Supply Chain Coordination and Component Planning
n Project Management and Cross-Functional Team Leadership
n Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for KPI reporting and data analysis
n Solid customer engagement and stakeholder management capabilities

n n Experience supporting global OEM/ODM customers across multiple product categories
n Exposure to high-volume electronics manufacturing and EMS operations
n Experience with automated manufacturing equipment selection and factory expansion projects
n Ability to coordinate with global teams across different time zones
n Willingness to travel for customer meetings, supplier visits, facility audits, and project reviews
n Experience supporting RF, Automotive, Industrial, IoT, Consumer Electronics, or Networking products
