n Role Description
n We are seeking a full-time Senior Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer for our on-site operations in Mumbai. The role involves leading quality assurance and quality control initiatives, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with quality management processes, performing quality audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards throughout all project phases.
n Key responsibilities
n In-depth expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with construction standards.
n Proficiency in Quality Auditing and Inspection procedures to identify and address potential issues effectively.
n Robust capabilities in Quality Management, including development, implementation, and enhancement of quality systems.
n Proven ability to lead quality-related operations and collaborate with diverse teams.
n Extensive experience in the construction domain, particularly with multi-story residential and commercial projects.
n Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n Qualification
n First class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant 8-10 years of site experience in high rise construction projects.
n Professional certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor) is an advantage.
