Ltd. and play a key role in identifying machine upgrade opportunities, developing commercial solutions, and coordinating successful retrofit projects that enhance customer productivity and equipment performance.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Identify retrofit and machine upgrade opportunities from the installed customer base.
n Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOQs, and pricing proposals.
n Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
n Drive quotation-to-order conversion, billing, and collection activities.
n Maintain retrofit pipeline, MIS, and project performance reports.
n Build strong customer relationships and support the growth of the aftermarket business.
n n What We're Looking For
n n 3–6 years of experience in Retrofit, After Sales Commercial, Spares & AMC, Project Coordination, or Industrial Equipment Sales.
n Experience in Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Packaging Machinery, or Industrial Machinery.
n Strong commercial acumen, project coordination, and customer relationship management skills.




n Graduate or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). MBA is an added advantage.
