Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Maintenance Specialist to manage and maintain vendor master data with precision and compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in vendor setup and maintenance processes within ERP systems such as Flexi, SAGE, SAP, or Oracle. Robust knowledge of vendor data fields, approval workflows, and form submission processes is essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor master data setup and maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including:
- Remit Company (Component Company)
- Remit Address
- Buy Location
- Bank Account Details
- Bank Code
- Routing/Account Number (where applicable)
- Vendor Group
- Review and validate vendor setup requests and associated documentation.
- Understand and adhere to approval processes for vendor form submissions.
- Monitor and implement changes to vendor records promptly and accurately.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits related to vendor data

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Vendor Maintenance within ERP systems (Flexi, SAGE, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of vendor setup fields and related processes.
- Familiarity with approval workflows and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools.

Work Enviornment:
- Working Days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
- Willing to work in shifts (6.30 PM – 3.30 AM)
- Work from office - Both side cabs
