Job Description:
- Senior Relationship Manager & Relationship Manager is responsible to Source/Sell SEG loans to ensure achievement of one’s portfolio & bottom line growth targets while minimizing NPAs and achieving targeted return on equity.
- He/she has to be on the field & effectively & regularly interact/meet with existing & potential customers to gather market intelligence, convert leads, negotiate terms of loans, collect overdues etc.
- The SRM/RM need to effectively tap all DSAs in the market and build constant engagement to ensure that the monthly target is achieved.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
A candidate with experience in sales and relationship management roles in the NBFC.
