Job Description:

The BIM Modeler – Revit (MEP) will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models for MEP systems, with a primary focus on HVAC services. The role involves working closely with design engineers, project managers, site engineers, and other discipline BIM modelers/draftsmen to ensure models and drawings are execution-ready and aligned with project specifications, BIM standards, and coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit MEP for HVAC and other MEP services.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings based on project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with other services such as Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting.
- Support the design team with model updates, revisions, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure BIM models follow project standards, LOD requirements, and company BIM protocols.
- Coordinate with design engineers, project teams, and consultants to resolve modelling conflicts.




- Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling for MEP services.
- Solid hands-on experience in Revit MEP modelling for HVAC systems.
- Good understanding of HVAC layouts, ducting systems, chilled water piping, and equipment placement.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and coordination drawings.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and project teams. Preferred Experience
