Job Title: Cluster Head/Sales Head - B2B Business

Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA
Experience: 5+ years in Insurance Broking + Team Handling
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard current business partners (Brokers) to expand market reach.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue objectives.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals.

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and client retention.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry, preferably in Insurance Broking.
