The Opportunity

Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.). Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.) Procurement processes include: Product/Service Sourcing. Supplier Selection. Pricing/Terms Negotiation. Order Processing. Contract Administration. Supplier Performance Management. May include Strategic Sourcing A Specialist Para-Professional (S4) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include:



Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

How you’ll make an impact
- Responsible for overall safety of the Warehouse in view of safe material, man & equipment handling.
- Safely handling a high reach stacker for material movement in warehouse area.
- Physically Verification of all Incoming shipment received on daily basis and maintain the report.
- Material Receipt – Receive and unload material Safely, check for any damage, if found damage, report in LR and Challan.
- Segregation, layout & “5S”- Segregate and keep material as identifiable, with FIFO Practice, Maintain “5S”
- Rejected Material - Rejected Material should be segregated and kept in such a way that it is not mixed / used as acceptable material
- Inventory – Provide correct input to buyer for recent purchase for keeping Inv
