Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries while working closely with clients and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback
- Negotiate compensation and finalize offers
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the US staffing process




- Experience working with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Hands-on experience in Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–5+ years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing
- Experience in IT / Engineering / Healthcare recruitment (any domain)
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of submissions per day/week
- Interview conversion ratio
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Time-to-fill positions

Work Details:
