As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our Recruitment division. You will be responsible for lead generation, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Candidates with experience in sales/business development within the staffing/recruitment outsourcing industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions according to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Requirements:
- Previous 5+ year of experience in sales/business development, preferably within the staffing/recruitment outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Open for candidates from Mumbai ( Remote depending on location)
