Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for our wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals. (30%)
- Business Execution: Drive opportunity funnel creation to achieve current product business plans, drive the conversion of opportunities to production and strive to meet or exceed business unit goals and objectives. (20%)
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and coordinate business development activities across field sales, FAEs, and distributor partners — setting priorities, tracking execution, and holding teams accountable to pipeline milestones and revenue targets. (10%)
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings. (20%)
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies. (10%)
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, sales,



product development and LoRa ecosystem teams including LoRa alliance members to ensure product alignment with market requirements and to drive successful product launches. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development role within the wireless semiconductors technology sectors.
- Proven experience in competitive analysis and developing go to market strategies for new products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-Driven Individual with an exceptional professional presence, good business acumen and knowledge to establish immediate credibility with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees and the management team.
