Special Skills Required
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD and ERP software
- Knowledge of sequence of Manufacturing processes
- International codes like ASME (Sec. VIll Div. 1 & 2) & TEMA
- Familiarity with various national and international material specifications
- Knowledge of 180 Systems and Procedures
- Computer Proficiency
- To perform the duties in favor of preparing the basic drawings To clear the standards and fundamental of the works properly so as to get explicit ideas.
- Designing for Piping Layout/Pipe Rack Layout by PDMS
- Developing 20 Piping General Arrangement Drawings and start working on 30
- Modeling
- Knowledge of standards like QP Standard & ASME, ANSI, API Piping & equipment layout on Draft Module
- Support Design on PDMS Module
- Support Project Site Execution team-Mechanical and resolve Design related issues wit Mechanical Equipment's
- Use customer data sheets and specifications as input and convert them into output
- in the form of fabrication drawings and sketches using AutoCAD software
- Prepare of Design calculations of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other Process Equipments as per National and International codes like ASME, TEMA, Cross-check drawing details with bill of materials table of drawing, for consistency
