Purpose of the Role (Job Summary)
This role is responsible for leading Buckman’s global tax and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations while optimizing the company’s effective tax position.



The position oversees worldwide tax strategy, reporting, and compliance, alongside managing global cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations. Working closely with the CFO, the role aims to enhance financial efficiency, minimize tax exposure, and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations, investments, and shareholder value creation.
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

1. Optimize Global Tax Position
- Manage worldwide tax rate and ensure tax efficiency within legal frameworks
- Evaluate tax impact of investments, restructuring, and dividends
- Maximize deductions, credits, and tax advantages
- Monitor and mitigate tax risks and exposures

2. Tax Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead tax provisioning, reporting, and financial disclosures
- Coordinate with auditors and external advisors
- Manage preparation of tax footnotes and statutory reporting
- Oversee U.S. and international tax fi
