Job Title: Senior Ǫuality Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Ǫuality Analyst to assess software quality through manual testing. Primary duties will include understanding requirements, analyzing.

Responsibilities:

â Understanding the client's requirements, analyzing, and collaborating to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
â Prepare the test plan, strategies, and Test cases..
â Conduct risk assessment and mitigation strategies for testing activities.
â Manage test environment setup and test data preparation to ensure optimal testing conditions.
â Responsible for Web G mobile application testing.
â Execute test cases across development, staging, and live environments.
â Coordinate performance and load testing activities.
â Able to do Sanity testing after bug fixing.
â Perform defect lifecycle management, including logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.
â Conduct root cause analysis for defects and testing issues.




â Share best practices to improve the quality of software.
â Collaborate with developers on defect triage and resolution.
â Conduct test closure activities, including final reports and lessons learned.
â Ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables within given timeframes.
â User acceptance testing coordination with BA or Client.
â Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives within an Agile methodology.
â Train, mentor, and support junior testers when they encounter obstacles in testing. Conduct a review of testing for self and juniors. Help TL with quarterly appraisal feedback of junior testers working with you.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

â Any graduate (MCA/MSC IT/ BE)
â Hands-on experience of regression testing and ad hoc testing.
â Ability to create automation scripts (Basic Level).
â Automation testing (Selenium) , performance testing (JMeter),and API testing (Postman,Swagger)
â Should have positive written G verbal English
