Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Process, lead, manage, and maintain payroll information as required, including data entry for all time and attendance, personnel transactions, such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, advantages, deductions, garnishments, etc.
- Subject matter expert in US payroll processing preferably and global payroll experience
- Manage a team of approx. 10 - 15 members and ensure that all key metrics of performance as per the Client SLA are met and exceeded.
- Be actively involved in client calls and ensure updates are communicated to the team
- Oversee complete payroll processing for multiple countries and multiple clients.
- Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, GL, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
- Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the payroll function.
- Provide the team with subject matter expertise and guidance on international processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated vendor inquiries,



disputes, and payment-related issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Organized and maintained related payroll records and reports; periodically review all files to keep correct filing order for easier research of records.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Work on scheduled weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports.
