We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Shimla with 2
to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
operations support, client-facing roles, client relationship management, and
customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals to ensure client
satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the
primary point of contact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and
improve overall customer experience.
* Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and implement strategic
improvements.
* Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, team performance, and
operational metrics to senior management.
