Job Purpose: RMC Plant Engineer ensure smooth operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant by managing production, quality control, equipment maintenance, and resource planning. The role is responsible for producing high-quality concrete in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations, while coordinating with stakeholders to achieve efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Quality Control & Assurance:

Ensure that RMC produced meets required standards, project specifications, and IS codes. Conduct regular testing of fresh and hardened concrete to verify strength, durability, and performance. Develop and validate concrete mix designs as per site/project requirement
