What You'll Do:
- Build a system to conduct and evangelise User research at high frequency.
- Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies, concept testing,



and journey mapping.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure research insights inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and design decisions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
- Create explicit research outputs such as insight reports, personas, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, and product recommendations.
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior researchers and help strengthen user-centered thinking across the organization.
- Improve research operations, including templates, repositories, processes, tools, and best practices.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and evidence-based product experiences.
