Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting - Real Estate team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
- Maintain and control the funds’ general ledgers and various sub-ledgers and take full ownership for the accuracy and completeness of standard and complex bookkeeping entries.




- Liaise with supervisors and/or accounting specialists locally and in outsourced services locations as part of an integrative fund accounting servicing model.
- Prepare and/or review financial statements (stand-alone, consolidated), footnotes and partner capital statements and liaise with other Citco teams, where applicable.
- Manage the client capital activity processing (capital calls/distributions/transfers) and review/prepare management fee & waterfall/carry calculations.
- Prepare limited partner and general partner allocations, NAV packages and work paper products.
- Oversee and/or prepare reports to local and foreign regulatory authorities and standard and bespoke investor reporting requirements.
- Operate as a contact point for clients: able to respond in a solution-orientated manner and resolve client queries timely or escalate where necessary to the appropriate level of seniority.
