Key Responsibilities:

Lead API sales growth in the GCC region by identifying, approaching, and developing new business clients.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, aiming for quick resolution and long-term trust.

Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, production, quality) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Organize and support customer audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and prompt follow-up.

Partner with the Regulatory Affairs team to fulfill customer regulatory inquiries and maintain product compliance.

Develop and execute regional market strategies, staying informed on competitor activities and local regulations.

Work across different time zones as required to support clients and internal coordination.

Provide timely business updates and reports to senior leadership on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

* Drive API sales growth within the GCC region, identifying and developing new clients.

* Manage existing customer accounts and lead recent project initiatives.

* Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

* Coordinate supply chain operations with internal teams for efficient order processing.

* Organize and manage customer audits, ensuring compliance and timely responses.

* Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to address customer inquiries and regulatory requirements.

* Develop and implement market penetration strategies, adhering to local regulations and monitoring competitor activities.

* Flexibility to work as per geographical time zone when required.
