· To monitor and drive business of DO location through:
o Agency – Recruitment / Engagement/ Activation
o OEM – Private Cars/ Tractor Dealer Activation
o Banca – B3/ CSC Activation
· To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) location
· Achieve the top line & BDE/ELR as per defined matrix
· Driving renewals as per target
· Morning & Evening Business Reporting
