Making all type of Voucher Entries such as Purchase Invoices, Sales

Invoice,Expensesbills,CashVoucher,BankingTransaction&otherjournalrelated;

etc.

Making all type of Entries of all Stocks and maintaining the stock registers

suchas inward&outward; goods,productionand Jobworkentry etc.

Reconciliation ofBankStatementwithBooksofAccount.

Keeping & filing of All Accounting Records which includes the Fixed A

ssets &

allCapexExpenditure.

Liaising work with the Receivables & Suppliers and collection of Confirmation

ofAccounts attimeto timebasis.

Preparing of Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly Report as per requirement

ofManagement.

Making of various provisions at year end related to unpaid expenses and

prepaidsummary.

PreparationofTrailBalance,Profit& Lossaccount&BalanceSheet.;

Liaising work with Auditor at the time of Finalization of Books of account

andAudit(IncomeTax&GST; Audit).
