Engineer Shift System

Job Introduction:

Deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of synchronizer and shifting system in terms of specification, manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work items: deviation, quality, robustness.

Major Responsibilities:
- Design (3D, 2D, materials, ...)
- Integration - (project meetings, change management, FMEA, requirements management, interface definition
- Drawings - create and update drawings for change management and new design
- Calculation & Simulation - calculations performed by component engineers
- Plant &Supplier; - collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations, quality and robustness

Skills and competencies:
- Modify drawings according to instructions
- Derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.
