Job Description:

A store manager oversees daily retail operations to ensure smooth function, profitability, and excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing staff (hiring, training, motivating), controlling inventory, developing sales strategies, creating a welcoming store workplace, resolving customer complaints, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards, and managing budgets. They act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and frontline employees, driving sales goals and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. Motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and set service standards for staff.
