Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; schedule and perform routine inspections.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical faults, repair or replace defective components, and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for all maintenance activities and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Control maintenance tools, stores, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaboration: Work with production, electrical,
and other teams to schedule maintenance and minimize disruption.
- Leadership: Supervise maintenance technicians and provide training.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and computer skills for diagnostics.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
