? Key Responsibilities

? Drive motor insurance sales and achieve business targets across Odisha.

? Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners.

? Lead, mentor, and manage the motor insurance sales team.

? Develop and execute strategic sales plans for motor insurance products.

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and identify new business opportunities.

? Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.

? Oversee renewal retention and new business acquisition.

? Report on sales performance, revenue, and business metrics to senior management.

✅ Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.

✔ Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, and underwriting processes.

✔ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔ Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

✔ Well-established network with dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Odisha.

✔ Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance compliance standards.

✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
