n Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in paid marketing
n Responsibilities-
n • Audience Profiling: Deeply understand our target audience to ensure
n campaigns are tailored for maximum resonance and eectiveness.
n • Strategic Campaign Planning: Carry out digital marketing plans, allocating
n budgets eciently across various channels.
n • Asset Development: Collaborate with the content & design team to ensure
n timely creation of high-quality, optimized digital assets tailored for each
n campaign.
n • Campaign Launch: Execute and manage the launch of campaigns across
n multiple platforms.




n • Continuous Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time and
n adjust strategies as needed to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
n Skills and Knowledge-
n • Deep knowledge of key digital platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, with
n the ability to leverage their advanced features for optimal campaign
n performance.
n • Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns.
n • Ability to dissect campaign data, extracting valuable insights and
n recommendations for improvement.
n • Handle significant ad budgets, with a threshold of at least Rs 25 lakhs spend
n per month.
n • Comprehensive understanding of Meta and Google ad dashboards, ensuring
n best practices are applied and maximum value is derived.
n • Experience in copywriting & video ad script writing is a significant advantage,
n though not mandatory.
