n Key Responsibilities
n Narrative & Content Development
n n Produce high-quality content such as briefs, strategic documents, concept notes, and analytical pieces.
n Craft clear, logical narratives from ambiguous or unstructured inputs.
n Ensure consistency, precision, and coherence across all written material.
n n Critical Thinking & Analysis
n n Research themes, industries, or domains as needed.
n Identify patterns, connect dots, and synthesize insights across sources.
n Break down complex ideas into structured arguments or frameworks.
n n Strategic Writing & Clarity Building
n n Use writing to refine and clarify thinking.
n Transform fuzzy ideas into explicit direction through structured drafts and logic flows.
n Support leadership in articulating strategy and reasoning clearly.
n n Independent, High-Ownership Execution
n n Lead content initiatives without detailed supervision.

n n 4–8+ years in content strategy, research, consulting, communication, editorial, or similar roles.
n Proven excellence in analytical writing and long-form content creation.
n Strong research and synthesis skills.
n Ability to work directly with leadership and handle high-stakes content independently.
n n Preferred (Not Mandatory)
n n Experience in research-heavy or analysis-heavy environments.
n Ability to create basic decks or structured visual narratives.
n Adaptability to work across different domains

n Compensation Range: 8LPA-18LPA (depending on skills and experience)
n Work commitment and Location:
n Role: Full time (8 hr shift) from 11 am to 8 pm
n Working days: Monday to Friday
n Location of posting: On-site (Dehradun)
n Languages: Hindi + English (bilingual fluency is essential)
