Role Purposen This role owns the execution layer of the business.
n You are responsible for ensuring that what is sold and designed is delivered on the ground calmly, precisely, and without surprises. This is a leadership role with accountability for systems, vendors, and people.
Key Responsibilitiesn Operations & Delivery
n n Own ground operations across destinations
n Manage vendors, contracts, confirmations, and timelines
n Ensure logistics for bespoke and group travel run as planned
n Anticipate risks and resolve issues before escalation
n Maintain clean operational documentation and checklists
n n Vendor Leadership
n n Build and maintain strong, reliable vendor relationships
n Set transparent expectations and service standards
n Hold partners accountable to agreed deliverables
n Evaluate and improve vendor performance over time
n n Team Leadership
n n Lead and develop the operations team
n Set clarity around roles,
responsibilities, and ownership
n Build systems that reduce dependency on individuals
