Job Description JOB DUTIES:
n Job Summary:
n This position requires a professional with relevant experience in commercial pharma sector, focusing on
n Anti-bribery, Anti-corruption, and all requisite local compliance regulations. This position will be
n involved in supporting the implementation of the Compliance Governance Framework in India under the
n supervision of India Compliance lead. This position should also serve as a strategic business partner for
n local management and shall be responsible for facilitating stakeholders to adhere to the compliance policy
n and procedures that govern the business.
n Key Accountabilities
n n Maintain compliance review and approval processes for HCP, HCC, and Patient activities in good order
n Improve compliance awareness amongst employees across all India operations
n Implement internal controls for HCP, HCC, and Patient activities through stakeholders
n Build robust working relationships to ensure business operations are compliant to Amneal's policy and procedures

n To build strong compliance governance model for India Commercial
n Summary (How)
n By deploying a compliance officer who shall act as a consultant to provide day-to-day mentorship, and
n advice to covered employees along with support to build the governance model.

n Mumbai - Corporate Office ( Andheri East )
n Key Responsibilities
n n Responsible for supporting the Regional Compliance Lead in ensuring effective functioning and smooth implementation of the Compliance Program in India in conjunction with local laws
n Draft / amend policies and procedures for the India commercial business based on the changes in the regulatory environment
n Conduct compliance training and drive communication to enhance compliance awareness and build a culture of compliance
n Assist Regional Compliance Lead in automation of compliance processes
n Retain records and data as per company policies for employees in the region
n Conduct compliance internal monitoring on quarterly basis to assess internal controls and identify potential risks, if any
n Support in driving India Compliance Committee every quarter to support the Vice President Corporate Compliance in fulfilling his/her responsibilities to assure there is an effective corporate compliance program in force for India commercial.
n Review and approve marketing activities in consistence with applicable policy and procedures
n Partner with stakeholders to develop strong cross functional collaboration
n Maintain compliance governance activity calendar and ensure timely execution
n Create dashboards and reports for governance meetings for the region
n Drive Compliance Culture through innovative employee engagement activities annually
n Review and track exceptions / deviations / observations encountered by employees of Amneal in India and suggest necessary remediation actions
n Constantly demonstrate an overarching delivery approach across both Commercial and Operations business of Amneal in India
n n Qualification :
n Degree / Certification in - Compliance, Pharma
n Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related
n functional experience
n Desirable Qualification - Degree in Law
n Experience Required: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a compliance officer in pharma or healthcare industry
