n Role and Responsibilities:
n n Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, feeding, swallowing, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders across pediatric and geriatric populations.
n Develop individualized, functional, and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
n Prepare detailed, accurate, and comprehensive assessment reports, diagnostic summaries, therapy plans, progress reports, and discharge reports.
n Provide Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment, implementation, and training for individuals with complex communication needs.
n Educate, train, and collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate carryover of therapy goals.




n Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate effectively with team members.
n Assist in developing therapy materials, clinical resources, and evidence-based intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders.
n Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
n Stay updated with current evidence-based practices through continuing professional development.
n n Required Qualifications:
n n Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP) or Master's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
n Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration.
n n Experience:
n n Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
n n Language:
n n Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is required
n n Professional Certifications:
n n Certified Oral Placement Therapy (TalkTools)
n Avaz Certified AAC Professional (ACAP)
n Professional training in Gestalt Language Processing/Natural Language Acquisition (GLP/NLA)
n n Additional Requirement:
n n A minimum commitment of one year is required from the date of joining.
