Job Description About the Role
n Strategic Finance & Analysis
n n Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis at business-unit and company levels
n Conduct variance analysis, prepare management dashboards, and track key financial KPIs
n Assist in business case evaluation for new projects, investments, or R&D; initiatives
n n Responsibilities
n n R&D; and Innovation Support
n Partner with R&D; teams to evaluate the financial and strategic viability of research programs and product development
n Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support funding models for innovation projects
n Business Presentations & Meetings
n Prepare executive-level presentations, pitch decks, board reports, and investor summaries
n Participate in business meetings, take minutes, follow up on key action points, and contribute intellectually to discussions
n Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection, insights, and alignment
n Operations & Task Pool Management
n Handle a broad pool of strategic and operational activities across departments (finance, strategy, business development, R&D;)
n Track progress, create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of cross-functional deliverables
n Intellectual Contributions & Business Discussions
n Engage in strategic brainstorming, market research, and policy discussions with leadership
n Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis,



and business model evaluations
n Communication & Coordination
n Liaise with external consultants, business partners, and internal teams for planning, reporting, and compliance support
n Ensure alignment of finance and strategy teams with operational departments
n n Qualifications
n n Strong command over financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
n Excellent presentation skills (PPT) and ability to present to CXOs and boards
n High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
n Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally
n Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple work streams independently
n n Required Skills
