n Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
n Build strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
n Receive hands-on Management Training through one-to-one coaching.




n Mentor and support new team members as your responsibilities grow.

n Contribute to company growth through professional Business Development activities.
