Job Description Key Responsibilities
n • Providing qualitative and quantitative input to Fund Managers in terms of macro and micro research on sectors and companies.
n • Conduct due diligence on investee companies from a credit perspective and prepare detailed credit reports.
n • Monitor and track the investee companies on an ongoing basis and provide insights to Fund Managers and Investment Committee.
n • Interact with managements of investee companies, rating agencies and other market participants.
n • Make presentations on investee companies to Investment Committee.
n • Work closely within the Investment Team, contributing to a collaborative and high performing environment.
n Qualifications
n • MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (preferred), FRM, or equivalent professional qualification.
n • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields.
n Experience
n • 3-5 years of experience in Credit analysis in Rating Agencies, Banks, Mutual Funds or other financial institutions




n • Robust Understanding of Fundamental Drivers of Credit Analysis of companies and Sector Research.
n • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling of companies.
n • Demonstrates ability to work in a team and contribute to overall fixed income team.
n • Exposure to debt mutual funds, bond markets, or macro research would be an added benefit
n Required Skills
n • Strong understanding of Fixed Income markets, instruments and investment strategies.
n • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in credit analysis and sector research.
n • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
n • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
n • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
n • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial software applications
