Job Description Position Overview:
n The Project Manager(PM) will overseethe development of K-12 educational content for a US-based client, focusing on managing the project lifecycle, team collaboration, and content quality. Key Responsibilities Projectand Content Development.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailedtimelines and milestones for lesson plans,assessments, and multimedia resources.
n Content Development Coordination: Collaborate with subject matterexperts, instructional designers, and writers to develop, review,and refine curriculum content.
n Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaisonbetween internal production and functional teams and external stakeholders (freelancers, vendors).
n Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks (scope creep, resource limitations) and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
n Budget &Resource; Management: Monitorproject budgets, managevendor contracts, and ensure effective use of personnel and materials.
n Reporting and Documentation:



To be well versed with creating scope documents and project plans.
n n Required Qualifications & Skill
n n sEducation: Bachelor's degree, PMP certified preferre
n dExperience: 3+ years of experience in K-12 curriculum development, educational publishing, or EdTech project management
n .Pedagogical Knowledge: Deep understanding of K-12 learningframeworks, standards-based instruction
n .Project Management Skills: Proven abilityto use Waterfall and agileproject planning, or tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira to manage complex, multi-functional teams
n .Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership or educational stakeholders
n n n . Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or C
n MSAI Knowledge: Should have experience in using basic AI tool
