n About The Role
n We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated professionals for faculty positions in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The role involves contributing to teaching, clinical services, research, and academic excellence, based on experience and cadre.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Deliver lectures and clinical training to BDS and MDS students
n Perform and assist in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
n Supervise students, interns, and junior faculty
n Conduct seminars, case discussions, and academic sessions
n Contribute to research, publications, and conferences
n Maintain academic records and ensure proper documentation
n Ensure compliance with Dental Council of India (DCI) guidelines
n Mentor students and support departmental academic growth
n n Qualifications:
n n BDS + MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
n Valid registration with State Dental Council
n n Experience: (As per DCI Norms)
n n Assistant Professor: 0–3 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
n Associate Professor: Minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor
n Professor: Minimum 9 years teaching experience post-MDS (including 4 years as Associate Professor)
