About the Internship

Aktion Safety Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Event Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of our participation at OSH India 2026, one of India's leading occupational safety and health exhibitions and one of Aktion's flagship marketing events.

This internship offers practical exposure to event planning, vendor management, procurement, team coordination and live exhibition operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management

- Research and coordinate vendors across Mumbai.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Coordinate procurement of VIP gifts, certificates, victory kits, event stationery and food.

1. Event Planning

- Prepare checklists, timelines and project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

1. Event Crew Management

- Assist in recruiting and coordinating Event Crew Members.
- Manage attendance, duty rosters and daily communication.
- Supervise crew during exhibition days.

1. On-Ground Event Execution





- Coordinate vendors and logistics.
- Support VIP guest coordination.
- Assist with stall setup and dismantling.
- Ensure smooth execution throughout the exhibition.

1. Administrative Support

- Maintain trackers, documentation and vendor databases.
- Prepare daily progress updates and follow-up records.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate student (1st, 2nd or 3rd year) pursuing Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
- Available from 10 August 2026 to 10 October 2026.
- Prior experience in college events or student committees is preferred.
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to travel within the city whenever required.
