Job Description Key Responsibilities
n Specification Sales & Business Development
n n Generate product specifications with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design firms.
n Promote Solid Surface Solutions across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential, education, and institutional projects.
n Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, sample demonstrations, and design workshops.
n Build robust relationships with key influencers to establish the brand as the preferred specification partner.
n Track specifications through project execution and ensure successful business conversion.
n n Project Sales
n n Identify upcoming projects and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
n Engage with developers, contractors, PMCs, fabricators, and installers throughout the project lifecycle.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely technical support, quotations, and project execution.
n Drive project closures by supporting customers through technical and commercial discussions.
n n Channel & Fabricator Development
n n Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors,



fabricators, and channel partners.
n Identify and appoint new channel partners to improve market reach.
n Conduct product training programs for dealers, fabricators, and channel partners.
n Support partners in developing business opportunities and increasing secondary sales.
n n Customer Relationship Management
n n Develop long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key accounts.
n Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and responsive support.
n Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with technical, operations, and service teams.
n n Sales Planning & Reporting
n n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
n Maintain project pipelines, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking through CRM.
n Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and market intelligence reports.
n Monitor competitor activities, pricing, specifications, and emerging market trends.
