n Instructional Designer / Learning Content Designer
n Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
n Qualification: Any Graduate
n Experience: 3 – 6 Years
n Key Responsibilities
n Develop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs
n Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents
n Design learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements
n Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content
n Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets
n Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
n Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva
n Qualifications & Skills
n 3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation
n Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards
n Robust content structuring and writing skills
n Good understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom's Taxonomy
n Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
n Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders
n Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
