n Qualification: Bachelor of engineering in Chemical
n Work Experience: 10- 25 years
n Work Location- Saipem, Chennai
n Mode of Employment- Permanent
n Job Description:
n n Deep knowledge on Loss Prevention Principles like: Safety plant Layout review, Area classification, Active fire protection, Passive fire protection, Fire and Gas detection system, Escape route and safety signs, technical safety studies like Quantitative risk management, Reliability & Availability studies, Safety integrity level, Environment impact assessment.
n Deep Knowledge on Engineering execution Plan for both multi center execution approach and mono discipline approach.




n Interpretation of contractual requirements and capability to manage differences between Tender requirements and proposal submitted upon job award.
n Capability to plan the deliverables required for the defined scope in adherence to agreed schedule, deep understanding on project progress measurement and its subsequent impact on cost, budget.
n Thorough knowledge on the software tools and deeper understanding of the Company specific work / technical instructions.
n Manage the allocated resources as part of task force management, planning of activity for resources based on their skill sets and managing of tasks with respect to timeline.
n Deeper understanding on Client standards, International Standards, project technical specifications, design criteria, local laws and regulation in order to design a safe and reliable plant.
n Proficiency in interface management with different stake holders of the project.
n Client management in resolving comments and also interfacing with regulatory authorities for necessary approval for consent to operate the plant.
n Demonstrate vendor management for the procured items and support Construction and Commissioning of the plant.
n n Software Skills: PIPENET/ FLARESIM/ PHAST/ SOUNDPLAN.
