About the Rolen We are looking for a compassionate and clinically competent Consultant Psychiatrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and wishes to grow with an ambitious healthcare organization.
n This role offers the opportunity to work in a up-to-date outpatient setting alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of a scalable mental healthcare model.
Responsibilitiesn n Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
n Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across age groups.
n Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and best practices.
n Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications appropriately.
n Work collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
n Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
n Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment.
n Uphold the highest standards of ethics,



confidentiality, and professionalism.
n Contribute to patient education initiatives and mental health awareness programs.
