We are hiring a Process Associate in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Process Associate

Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (Based on Knowledge & Experience)

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete PO process, ensuring smooth workflow from acceptance to dispatch.
- Take charge of department-specific functions within our 1P business model.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, minimizing delays and errors.
- Monitor inventory levels, update records, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Improve warehouse efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead specific functions within the department.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
