Job Description:
- Process Monitoring: Ensure production follows SOPs, HACCP plan, and quality standards.
- In-Process Checks: Conduct routine inspection/testing (moisture, weight, contamination, etc.).
- Line Clearance: Verify cleanliness, correct materials, and labeling before start-up.
- CCP verification: Ensure all the CCPs are working, validated/calibrated
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene,and regulatory requirements.
- Deviation Control: Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions (CAPA).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate in-process records and batch documentation.
- Material Control: Approve/reject in-process materials and ensure proper segregation.
- Coordination: Work closely with production to maintain consistent Quality.

Skills Require :
- Education : B.Sc/ B.Pharma
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in food,pharma,Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, API manufacturer.
- Both Male and female can apply.
