Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in finance, preferably within the retail or banking industry. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare financial models and reports to evaluate business performance and financial health.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze cost structures and drive cost efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal audits, risk assessment, and financial control measures.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.
