Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting through the ERP system.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts, using the ERP's capabilities for accurate financial planning.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate financial statements, reports, and custom dashboards for management, using real-time ERP data to inform decisions.

Month-End Close:

Support and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reconciled.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

ERP Optimization:

Provide recommendations for system configurations, customizations, and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the ERP system and manage integrations with other applications.

User Support:





Provide training and troubleshooting support to end-users for the ERP financial modules and processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

ERP System Proficiency:

Experience with specific ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Acumatica.
