As part of our growth journey, CMR is setting up a current Aluminium Ingots and Liquid Aluminium manufacturing plant at Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu, with a total installed capacity of 36,000 MTPA, to be developed in phases.

The Head HR – Project / Plant HR will lead the end-to-end HR setup for a Greenfield manufacturing project, covering Project HR planning, IR/ER framework creation, statutory readiness, manpower ramp-up, contractor onboarding, and culture building from project phase through commercial production. This role is critical in establishing HR systems, policies, industrial harmony, compliance, and people practices aligned with business timelines.
