8–10 Years of relevant experience in store and inventory management within the zipper manufacturing, apparel accessories, garment trims, textile, or related manufacturing industry.

Job Summary

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the overall store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, stock accuracy, and material movement for raw materials, consumables, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished zipper products. The role ensures uninterrupted production through effective inventory management while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance, and warehouse safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.




- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure proper material identification, binning, and storage practices.
- Track inventory movement and maintain stock accuracy in ERP systems.

Materials Receipt & Dispatch
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality documents.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, planning, and quality teams for timely receipt and issuance of materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward material transactions.
- Manage dispatch of finished zipper products as per customer requirements.

Warehouse Operations
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout for effective storage and retrieval.
- Ensure FIFO, FEFO, and batch traceability practices are followed.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the store area.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
