? Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

-
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.

-
Attend and resolve mechanical breakdowns within minimum downtime.

-
Maintain proper maintenance records and history sheets.

-
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive failures.

2️⃣ Equipment Handling

-
Maintenance of reactors, pumps, compressors, agitators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, and pipelines.

-
Alignment, lubrication, and calibration of rotating equipment.

-
Overhaul of gearboxes, valves, and mechanical seals.

3️⃣ Utility & Support Systems

-
Maintenance of boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, and utility lines.

-
Monitoring of utility consumption and efficiency improvement.

4️⃣ Safety & Compliance

-
Ensure adherence to safety standards (HSE guidelines).

-
Work permit system compliance during maintenance activities.

-
Maintain 5S in maintenance area.

5️⃣ Documentation & Coordination

-
Maintain spare parts inventory control.

-
Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores department.

Vendor management for external maintenance services.
