YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a precise, process-obsessed People Operations Specialist.
You will be the technical custodian of our employee data. Your mandate is to ensure that Workday is the "source of truth," that global payroll inputs are error-free, and that our employment compliance audit trails are perfect. You are the engine room that ensures the People function runs on accurate data and processes.
HRIS (Workday) & Data Governance
- Transaction Execution: Execute high-volume operational tasks in Workday, including job requisitions, compensation changes, photo approvals, and personal data updates.
- Data Auditing: Perform weekly audits of new hire information and termination data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate raw data reports for the Leadership Team, specifically focusing on "Rhythm of the Business" metrics and InfoSec audit requirements.
Payroll & Advantages Operations
- Payroll Log Management: Own the preparation and accuracy of payroll data logs for US (bi-weekly), EMEA (monthly), and India.
