Job Description:

Materials Management & Vendor development.
 Experience in cost effective procurement for Capital and Revenue by
tendering, rate contracts of Civil, Mechanical, HVAC, Utility, Electrical etc.
 Project cost monitoring, Cost saving analysis, vendor development, technical
comparisons, Negotiation with vendors, Inventory Management.
 Rating of vendors based on criteria like price, discount, service, past
experience regarding adherence to delivery schedule, rejections, quality
improvement, credit terms.
 Solid communication and inter-personal skills with tendencies toward
aligned action and conflict resolution.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the flexibility to work
cohesively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, complimenting the skills of
others.




 Scrap Management.
 Receiving Purchase planning from the Company... 
 Dealing with the Scrap Traders & Give him the rate of Company. 
 Co-ordinate with Director for the Metal Scrap Purchase. 
 Discuss with the reporting head & Work as per company norms. 
 Negotiating for the purchase order. 
 Follow-up for the purchase order for delivery in Due time. 
 Correspondence & Dealing with Suppliers regarding shortages, rejection etc.

 Handling imports documents.  Maintain all Data Regarding Purchase.
